Chevrolet has been doing full-size SUV right for decades. In fact the Suburban was the world’s first SUV, but Chevy certainly stepped its game up with the 2015 Suburban and Tahoe. These two new full-size SUV will usher in a bold new era in Chevrolet design, performance, and technology in 2014.
Starting with the grand-daddy of all full-size SUVs, the Chevrolet Suburban, has been brilliantly redesigned for 2015. Comfort and space are to be expected in a Suburban, but new to the 2015 Suburban are power-release second row and power-fold third row seats. The Suburban is a big vehicle so you need a big engine, right now Chevrolet is touting its fuel efficient and powerful EcoTec V8; more details to come on the engine, as production is likely to being later this year. And last but certainly not least let’s take a moment to discuss the exterior of the 2015 Chevy Suburban. A more pronounced grille with stacked headlights more defined lines are the first thing you notice when looking at the new Suburban. And the new lines have given the Suburban a more aggressive stance.
The 2015 Tahoe also received a major makeover. Sleek stacked headlights and similar sharp lines on the Tahoe give it a more edged look than in years past. The exterior lines give it a more aerodynamic appeal for increase fuel economy and performance and when partnered with that EcoTec V8 that certainly accounts for more bang for your buck. When behind the wheel of the 2015 Tahoe stay organized with the new dash display and available high-resolution 8-inch screen equipped with Chevrolet MyLink.
Certainly looking forward to seeing the new Tahoe and Suburban up close, but we’ll have to wait a few months for that. Don’t worry we’ll keep you up-to-date on all new developments relating to these two brilliant SUVs.
